En voor mij was de intentie inderdaad om tot rust te komen. Dus vandaar dat ik ook verschillende dingen heb geprobeerd. Maar bijvoorbeeld Chi-yoga is dan weer dat je juist meer energie krijgt. Ik ben van mezelf al dat ik heel veel energie heb. Dus dat is niet nodig. En vandaar dat ik dus bijna altijd op de Yin les kom, of de Yoga-Nidra, wat rust geeft.
